Nah not hush-hush and it's really tiny, pretty sure there isn't even any speaking (which is great! No lines = brilliant! XD).
It's a little docudrama thing promoting awareness of kids who have family members out in warzones. Basically saying give them a little bit of slack when you're talking about war in school and that, since for them it's not just a theoretical issue but a reality. It follows a girl around and shows how she deals with things.(And that was a shit summary >.<). To quote what I've been given: "At Your Service is a short film looking at the difficulties families face when one parent is in the armed forces. It takes a particularly close look at how it impacts children, and how their experience at school can be affected."
It's based in Plymouth and I grew up with a lot of kids who had parents out in warzones (Plymouth is huge for the military, has parts of the army, navy, RAF and marines based out of it/near it) and I know lots of people I went to school with have kids and are now in the forces (which is slightly terrifying on both counts).
I'd be playing the ignorant history teacher in it. :p
I've never actually had a part that was larger than an extra in film work so it should be fun, even if I just get to go to the audition it'll be interesting since I can learn from it.
