General election!!
May. 6th, 2005 08:33 am*Celebrates* Labour are once again in government!
Three terms! Three terms! This is the first time any Labour govt. has been in power for three successive turns!
Their majority is smaller (And some constituencies haven't declared yet) admittedly however that doesn't matter they're in!
Unfortunately certain members of the Shadow cabinet were not ousted from their seats. *grumbles* And SW Devon has remained Conservative under stupid Streeter *coughs*slime ball*Coughcough*
Plymouth (Sutton and Devonport) have remained Labour safe seats and the Lib-dems proudly control Cornwall. And from what I could gather last night voter turn out in the SW was one of the highest in the country!
